February is HERE! That means that Valentine’s Day is right around the corner! In honor of all of my readers for Monday Meet-Ups, I am going to be showering you with GIFTS! Each Monday, when I showcase the Monday Meet-Up interview, I will reveal the gifts that will be given away for that week. Post a comment here in the comment section (not on the Monday Meet-Up page), and your comment will earn your name in the drawing!Â
Since this week’s interview is with the talented Carrie Pearson, I will be giving away her picture book, A Warm Winter’s Tail. You will adore this delightful story about animals in the winter and how they stay warm.
I am also giving away a SECOND book this week (because I’m feeling so generous). Publishing 101, by Jane Friedman, is also up for grabs!
Love is in the air this month! I’m loving my Monday interviews, and I’m loving FREE books!
Here’s the rules:
*Leave a comment below. I’d love to hear your thoughts on Carrie’s interview (or any of the interviews).
*By the end of this week, I will draw TWO names from the comment section.
*I will post the winners HERE on this website. Make sure you check to see if it’s you!
*If you win, email me privately at janice@janicebroyles.com. There you can provide me with your contact info, and I’ll send the book your way!
Sound fun! Â Let the February games commence! (And don’t forget to check out Carrie Pearson’s interview on the Monday Meet-Up tab. She shares lots of tips on being a writer!)
Very inspiring interview! I like what Carrie said about traditional publishing being a marathon.
Thanks, Darlene!
I appreciate you stopping by. 🙂
I enjoyed the reading all of the interviews. The questions were on point and I was intrigued at what their answers might be. They didn’t not disappoint. Nice job Janice…
Thanks, Dave! I’ve been learning a lot from the interviews. I’d love to interview you! You probably have lots of good advice with your journey to publication! Let me know… 🙂
Just learned about your blog, Janice! I thought what Carrie said about self-publishing was interesting. It was good to hear some positive thoughts about it.
Thanks Tonya!
Have you been writing? I know you’ve been wanting to. Hopefully these interviews will spark your creativity and get you writing out a cool historical fiction novel! 🙂
Was nice to find your page Janice. So happy this is all falling into place for you. I have enjoyed reading the interviews and seeing them post back to you. I liked that Carrie talked about publishing questions and staying the course. I have an incomplete (book) I started many years ago. I feel inspired me! Thank you Ms Janice and to you as well Ms Carrie.
I enjoyed the interview. The author appears to have very interesting books.
So fun! Love seeing how your blog is developing. Thank you for hosting this giveaway! Both books sound fantastic! 😉
I am glad you told us about this webpage. I am looking forward to visiting it often. I am looking forward to reading all that you write, you have a gift and I am glad you are sharing it.
