These two books are some of my best work. I love the storyline of a minister’s family struggling with getting along and learning to love each other despite differences. None of us are exempt from struggles, and I wanted this series to reflect real-world challenges. The characters of Macy and Hannah are two of my favorites. Both of these characters are flawed but gifted. But above all of this, the idea that God can restore what was broken is a big theme.

I loved Macy’s Story and look forward to reading Hannah’s Story.
